Rights    What does this mean?

You have rights to ‘block’ or suppress further use of your personal data. When processing is restricted, we can still store your personal data, but may not use it further.

You have rights to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services.

If you have given your consent to anything we do with your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (although if you do so, it does not mean that anything we have done with your personal data with your consent up to that point is unlawful)

SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS

We are legally required to act on requests and provide information free of charge with the exception of requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.  If we determine this to be the case we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.  We will respond to acknowledge your request and provide the information within one month of receiving your request.  Please send your request to the “contact us” page of the website with subject access request in the subject line.

 

 

TRACKING AND ANALYTICS

OUR WEBSITE

IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information is recorded for all site visitors for the purpose of site traffic analytics and captured as part of normal operation in our server logs. Cookies are used to track logins, sessions, and collect anonymous traffic data. You have the options to enable or disable cookies for this site when you first visit it.

 

OUR GAMES

None of our games or experiences store any personal information.
